30-day return window
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in original condition and include the original packaging.
Free size exchanges
Wrong size? Size exchanges are free, always — we’ll swap it until it’s just right.
Refunds within 14 days
Once your return is received and approved, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 14 days.
How to request a return
- Contact us at support@emyri.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive instructions — we’ll guide you through the next steps and send the correct return address.
- Send it back tracked — items must have all tags attached; we recommend a tracked shipping method, as untracked lost parcels can’t be refunded.
- Get your refund — issued within 14 days of approval. Depending on your bank it may take a few extra days to appear.
Returns sent without prior approval may unfortunately not be processed. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (size exchanges excluded).
