Billing Terms and Conditions

These Billing Terms and Conditions set out how payments are handled when you shop with Emyri. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

When You Are Charged

Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. Once your payment has been authorised, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. If a payment cannot be authorised, your order will not be processed.

Currency and Pricing

All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout; for customers in the United Kingdom, prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices include VAT where applicable, and any applicable taxes are calculated and shown before you complete your purchase.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please check that your billing details match the information held by your card issuer, then try again or choose an alternative payment method. Should the problem persist, contact your bank or payment provider — and do get in touch with us if we can help.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of your return being approved. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional working days for the funds to appear in your account. Payment Security

All payments are processed over encrypted connections by PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers. Emyri never sees or stores your full card details at any point.
