How can I return my order?
We make the return process as simple as possible:

Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
Yes, customers cover return shipping costs. We only accept returns with tracking, so we can confirm receipt.
What happens if my order is not accepted on delivery?
We will refund the purchase price once the tracking shows the order is on its way back to us (“return to sender”). Shipping costs are excluded.
Cancellations
What happens if I cancel my order?

Already shipped: cancellation is no longer possible.

Not yet shipped: we’ll cancel and refund you in full within 2–3 days.
If you initiate a chargeback via PayPal or your bank instead, it may take 6–8 weeks.
