8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Customers may request a return within the return period stated in the applicable Returns & Refunds Policy.

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to our international fulfillment and logistics structure, returned items may need to be sent to a return address that differs from the country where the order was originally delivered.

Customers must follow the return instructions provided by our support team before sending any item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
