Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • be unused and unworn

  • be in their original condition

  • include the original packaging


Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons.

These include:

  • Earrings, if the protective seal or packaging has been opened

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items, where applicable

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team and include your order number and the reason for the return.

Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide the correct return instructions.

Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Returns sent without prior approval may unfortunately not be processed. 


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for items that are lost in transit without tracking.

Return shipping costs may vary depending on the carrier and location.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will review the situation and arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
