Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
During periods of high demand, such as promotions or holidays, processing times may occasionally take a little longer. We always do our best to prepare your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time
After processing, the estimated delivery time is 4–12 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing, carrier delays or seasonal demand.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 2–3 business days after shipment and will update regularly as your package moves through the delivery network.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Our team will review the situation and work with you to find the best possible solution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may cause delays or prevent successful delivery.
Additional costs caused by address errors or reshipment may be the responsibility of the customer.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused at delivery or returned due to being unclaimed, we reserve the right to deduct return handling costs from the refund.
If the issue occurred due to an error on our side, we will of course resolve the situation as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
